SENIOR CITIZENS' INFORMATION SYSTEM

MISSION:

"To promote active ageing, through social protection and support for the rights and welfare of Senior Citizens and their empowerment by developing policies, program, projects and services implemented with or through Local Government Units, Non-Government Organizations, Peoples Organizations, National Government Agencies and other members of civil society."

VISION:

"A society for all ages where the Senior Citizens are empowered to achieve active ageing."

Note: This system is developed to support the programs and initiatives of the Office of the Senior Citizen Affairs (OSCA), serving the senior citizens of Lipa City.
